This is the first full length from this UK-based deathmachine. They're heavy, brutal, and technical with enough chugging riffs to keep my attention in the midst of all the overwhelming technicality. The vocals alternate between several styles of gutturals, as well as other more standard growls, and the singer swaps these out flawlessly during his performance. Sometimes he switches it up in the same verse, and he's talented and unique-sounding. There's plenty of grind influence in this as well, and you can really hear it in songs like "Fascia." Many of the more technical riffs swirl in your ears in what's almost like a circular motion (yes, I ascribe things like this to sounds I hear sometimes, I think in shapes at times), and are almost tornado-like in their attack. It's a devastating mixture of hellish instrumentation. I recommend this for deathmaniacs and tech-heads alike, it's just that good.
